FAQ:
Question 1: How do we know if the water tank is lack of water?
Answer: If the steam gun don’t come out of steam or the indicator is off, it means the water tank is lack of water.
Question 2: What surfaces are the steaming machine not applicable for?
Answer: Avoid unsealed wood, delicate fabrics (silk, thin plastics), waxed surfaces, water-sensitive electronics, and porous stone (e.g., untreated marble). Some fabrics and finishes are not compatible with steam. Do not use steam on leather, waxes floors, synthetic fabrics, velvet and other fragile materials. When using steam appliances, always refer to the relevant manufacturer’s instruction to see if the material can be cleaned by steaming. You can also pre-test at a non-visible location.
Question 3: Can I use the steaming machine to clean the oven or microwave?
Answer: No. Not suitable for cleaning any devices because they have electric components that may cause fire or electric shock.
Question 4: Can I refill the water during use?
Answer: No. The fill cap(safety valve) cannot be opened during use because the water tank has too many pressure at that time. Please cool down for a few minutes to wait for the pressure release for safety.
Question 5: Can I add detergent or additives into the water tank?
Answer: No. It is recommended to use distilled or demineralized water.
